Monomera3D Return Policy

At Monomera3D, we take pride in creating custom, one-of-a-kind photo lamps designed especially for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please carefully review the following return policy before placing your order:

Returns for Custom Products

  • Since each Photo Lantern is personalized with your photos, we are unable to offer full refunds for returns. However, we strive to ensure your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Restocking Fee for Returns

  • If you wish to return a Photo Lantern for reasons unrelated to damage or defects (e.g., you changed your mind), we accept returns with a restocking fee.
  • A restocking fee of 30% of the total order value will be deducted from your refund to account for the custom nature of the photos, which cannot be reused.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom photo panels are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you and cannot be reused.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized orders marked as "final sale" are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange your Photo Lantern for another, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to the same restocking fee and are only available for hardware and frames.

Process for Returns or Exchanges

  1. Email us at support@monomera3d.com with your order number, photos of the item (if applicable), and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the hardware and frame.
  3. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.
